About This Class

We have applied a carefully structured and detailed approach to the written language of music to our Theory Award Graded Examinations (TAGs). Our learning resources are free, and are prepared by Professor Toby Rush.

Music theory and playing music sit side by side. We believe that learning music theory enhances our knowledge and understanding when learning to play a musical instrument, and vice versa.

  • Learn to read and interpret sheet music with confidence, mastering key signatures, time signatures, and rhythmic patterns.
